Which subjects should I take?
It's sometimes quite difficult to decide which subjects will interest you the most but also improve your chances of getting the job you want or into the next degree when you finish this one. Ideally, the two concerns will be addressed concurrently - that is, the same subjects that further your career will be the ones that interest you the most. Otherwise, you may need to re-evaluate the path you're taking."
Once you've clearly identified what it is you hope to gain by doing your postgraduate degree, selecting subjects should be easier. However, you may need to speak with your supervisor, your department's postgraduate coordinator, or a Careers & Employment counsellor for advice. It can also be very helpful to make a time to speak to the coordinator of the subject you're considering to find out a bit more detail.
